Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there's a significant delay in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances from our the courier company, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Return Policy

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Please inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.

To process a refund, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.

Due to health reasons, no earrings may be returned. We prioritise the safety of our customers and cannot accept returns on items that have come into contact with the skin.
